In short -
If you look past the name and like the watch for what it is, a good contemporary watch - go for it! If you the myth and the history of the Geophysic is a part of why you like this one... Then I would go for an original. Best Blomman

... I would pass the name and choose a true second model. My position today is that the Tribute to Geophysic being too much in between old and new. The platinium dial is stunning however, I wish they had fitted this dial into the steel version. Best, É.

.. Nevertheless I tend to challenge the notion, that if one loves something really close to the Geophysic, the only option would be to hunt the original.. In my humble case & personal note, I respect & love the originals, but that does not exclude pleasur...
