They are fundamentally doing two things wrong
1) Insane price hikes without an increase in quality.
2) Most of their releases are boring and unimaginative. The only exciting models they produce are the hybris mechanica pieces, which are not aimed at JLC's usual buyers.

Exactly. Some years ago I’d be excited
with a release like this. Now I’m hardly interested. Either I won’t be able to afford it or I’ll haven’t the least intention to pay the expected crazy price.
Is JLC trying to be Patek/VC?

how many professional roles have pursued this design without having the sensibility to understand that they were creating crap: sometimes you have to take an honest step back
Pricing themselves out of the market
for the average watch buyer, like myself. Currently a Reverso is the only JLC model I may consider. At one time I was interested in master ultra thin but they don't do much for me anymore.
