This is a very stunning example.
Although the 101 joaillerie (full diamond bracelet) have existed since the late 1940s, I believe the full baguette-cut diamond was introduced in the 1960s.
This version is a reference 97.
As for the value, it is likely far less than you could expect are they are somewhat of a niche in terms of collecting so people tend to value them as a similar piece of jewellery
