....To hear your thoughts Nicolas. I followed the monster auction and while it started off unimpressive as soon as we got to the
Deep Sea European lot people woke up. I found the auction prices confirmed the following trend in collecting vintage watches
1) People are wlling to pay up for iconic watches (new record for Deep Sea and if I not mistaken new record for Polaris)
2) People were very interested in the Reverso line, another Iconic, if not the most iconic line of JLC
3) I think the current economic crises confirmed once again that people are willing to put money into something tangible
like a vintage watch, that has heritage (which JLC definately has).
