Very nice, I can see how
that one could easily become a daily wearer.
I am trying to come to terms with the expensive
watch issue also. I always knew that you didn't
have to spend a lot to get a nice watch, but I tended to
overlook that. A watch costing under one thousand
dollars can offer a lot of value, depends all on one's
idea of what an "expensive" watch is I guess. Other
than us on here most people have no idea what a
particular watch costs when they see it on your wrist.

Sadly it left my collection after JLC confirmed it was not actually meant to go diving in the modern context, so I stuck with a 5 digit sub. Beautiful, beautiful watch though.
Cycles of collecting.
The cycles of collecting come and go, waves up and down. There’s a lot of pleasure to be found in watches that are more reasonably priced; be that $2k or $10k. This JLC is no doubt one of the cool ones. Enjoy it.
