Your post also reminds me of how special it is to buy the watch from the AD (versus your trusted grey market dealer)
I have always brushed aside Mont Blanc as a "serious" watch brand but with the Villeret movement and beautiful finishing, especially this piece, it is slowly climbing up the ladder in my mind.

I definitely do know your love for this piece, and fully justified too :P The huge \'beating\' balance wheel is a joy to look at, but I agree that the clasp\' could do with some improvement. Very much looking forward to your final 2016 incoming!
