I didn't know watches were not so big then ... I always thought it had a larger market then pens but I guess I am not really a writing instrument person I won't know for sure

enamel dials of the exotourbillon? Is it cloisonné or champleve technique ? Cheers Gordon
They are hand-painted dials.
It is the reason why that each dial is unique because there are slight differences between them. Fx
