No doubt about it, this is authentic. There seem to be fakes with asian copied movement, but the finish of these movement is very rough... ah well, let's not even call it finish. Those movement looks horrible. The movement in yours looks absolutely fine and I'm confident it's authentic.

I agree, looks genuine to me as well just going off the photos you have put up. I own a Montblanc Timewalker Chronograph, bought from Montblanc boutique in Switzerland. The movement and case markings are the same, and the box & cushions look the same also...
