Minerva "anniversary" Pythagore cal 48
My 38 mm x 9 mm Minerva Pythagore cal 48 "anniversary" which was made in 1999 under the Frey father and son team.
Manual wind. The calibre 48 design is suppose to epitomize the Pythagorean golden ratio of proportionality and ratios. It has a cult-like following amongst some purists.
They had 7 people at their villeret factory and much was done by hand.
This is the charm... the magic... the romance of Swiss watch-making that first got me into the hobby.
