Spotted at Watches and Wonders: Montblanc Star Legacy Metamorphosis.
This Star Legacy Metamorphosis is not part of the 2022 collection, but I had the pleasure to see it in real, at Watches and Wonders.
The originality of this watch is that it has two dials, one hidden under the other, which you can change through the trigger.

As the lugs are short, I could wear it, but it is damn thick and heavy. Still, a captivating watch, offering a very high level of finishing, beautifully executed, and with a very original concept.

Had never seen a mechanism like it before. Did not know about the size, that’s a bit of a shame but some sacrifices must be made for such a unique function!
I ordered the LE18 version and after three days they had for that one 50 applications already

Wow, this is spectacular and I could stare at this all day!
The weight and height would not bother me, but a 50mm diameter is massive. Still, what a watch, and anyone would be very very lucky to own this regardless of size. Thank you for these splendid photos by the way!
