The first one does look like a "converted" pocket watch.
Treasures which never bore
That said, the brand is real purist. Never seen them in flesh, but hey time will tell. The brand is diverse too with many case sizes, dial layouts, complications, and more. Collecting is a sport, especially Minerva.
