I have always been fascinated by the Metamorphosis concept, which is the possibility to have two dials in one without flipping the case. Here is the Star Legacy: I must confess that I don't know a lot about this version, other that it is limited to 8 piec...

Marvelous, enormous, unwearable. I am glad that it exists though!

Two dials in one watch? Is there some kind of mechanical mechanism that ie slides one dial over the other or parts of it? It’s new to me and am clueless (yeah yeah bring it on haha) but I’m also very intrigued about this.

But as far as two dials...it appears just an aperture opens around a tourbillon and moonrise, otherwise all else the same? The laurent ferrier galet secret had 2/3 the dial covered then would open up with a pusher. That was cool. Neat to see these manufac... 

so cannot contribute. But appearance wise i liked the initial ones from about 2008 more
