Try one of the Velcro straps from gunny..

My only carbon watch ... I wish I could find a better strap rather than the rubber one

I always struggled to find a strap I liked for the carbotech models, I had Peter at gunnystraps make me a couple canvas black Velcro straps.. they work great and suite the light weight carbotech well ...

of strap makers for Panerai watches out there. Bit of patience...Google...and you'll find some that, if not your first choice, will satisfy you. I wouldn't hesitate to consider leather straps also. Good luck
