I was promised a call tomorrow morning from Panerai, no explanation on what other than the fact that they know what my question regards.
I will keep you all posted.
If possible, I would like to avoid having to unwrap my Xmas present, but have told Panerai I would if necessary. However, as they had delivered it to the AD the day before they have all the details of the watch.
