To me, I'm more of a historic model lover, my favorite of the year would be the 449...
448 is a little bit of disappointment, as it is too close to the original 249...
While the 399 or the 398, doesn't sing to me as loud as I thought they would be... But I'm sure there will be more interesting variant of this "Radiomir 1940" in the future
As for the tuttonero, not saying that I'm a fan, but I like ideas of new watches from Panerai, that are not just a re-edition of the previous model.. Something like this or the bronzo are good innovations for the brand and I'm looking forward to see more of these new models to come

I'm with you on the 399. No doubt it will appear again with a P3000 and the usual variations (maybe titanium with brown, or different hands, or something else to differentiate it) in a wider run.
