GMT's
It certainly seems like you've got the "setting" thing down. Now all you have to do is choose from an extremely wide variety of PAMs that have the GMT function. I happen to be a GMT "freak" and own the 29A, 88K, 89E - all GMT's but different in their presentations.
There are others, of course, including a nice 297 that comes on the new bracelet.

I believe the short answer is, "no". None of the Panerai work the way a Rolex GMT does. My understanding is that the older style of Panerai are useful for keeping track of another single time zone or keeping track of GMT or useful as a 24 hour hand in you...
