That is a beauty through and through, just a question, without the crown guard wouldn't these be a 6154 Egiziano?

From memory, the case of the 6154 is thinner.

I see, interesting, it is strange though that the beautiful watch you posted before has the 6152-1 reference on the inside caseback but not a crown guard, normally such a difference...
