Without wanting to violate any forum rules, I would agree that asking prices are so silly at the moment. Honestly, it has taken me almost 12 months to track down a PAV90, and even then, I had to trade away one of my PAV99 to get it. Part of this post was to also highlight that there are some PAV / Pre-V straps floating around being called Pre-V prototypes. A few of them are genuine. They were Pre-V straps in various leather types that Panerai was testing, including lizard skin. But given the patchy nature of older Panerai related items, you can never be too sure.
