Well at least in the current collection.
The older Panerai's with reverse Cyclops usually are automatics and those usually are regular dials instead of sandwich dials.
I think the only watch with sandwich dial and reverse Cyclops on Panerai's website in the current collection is the PAM346 Radiomir in titanium. Panerai seems to be moving towards no Cyclops over the date too, so your specified combination will be even more difficult to find in the future.
