They changed the dial on the 560 after 2016 from sandwich to sausage. The other model you showed has the yellow patina look and italian 8 day so it’s sucks but different. Not sure why they changed the 560 up!

One thing to note is this is a a Q series and apparently this was the last year the PAM560 has a sandwich dial. Can anyone confirm I am not making things up? ...
The current picture on the website certainly doesn't show a sandwich dial.

I noticed something interesting
I can stop the balance kinda of like the speedy but it will stay stopped if I don’t move the crown forward again. Anyone see this before on these 8 days?
