I personally like the PAM236 better
because I'm not a fan of the cylinder shaped chrono pushers on the PAM213. Doesn't match as well as the pushers on the PAM236 which looks more integrated into the case IMO.
Both are 44mm, but the PAM213 has the 1950 Luminor case w/ domed crystal while the PAM236 uses the traditional Luminor case.
One suggestion though, if you don't like the metal bracelet on the PAM236, you should just get the PAM250 which is the same as the PAM236 but the leather strap version, and it'll save you over $1k.
