Which one. 217 or 127
Looking for some friendly advice which "Grail" should I keep. 217 or 127 I like them both but unfortuintly one of them have to go.
sometimes ago I had exchanged both protecting devices, cool!
It was to me more functional....

Both are desirable Panerai Watches, if you are left handed
keep that PAM 217 if not then keep that PAM 127. Both watch are desirable and at that PAM level it does not make too much a difference apart from the fact that in the end I believe more people would want a fiddy.
i would keep the fiddy....
but keep the one that will spend more time on your wrist. alepos

I'd only keep the 217 if I were a lefty. Otherwise, easily 127 hands down. 127 is the original and dial looks more clean than the 217 dial IMO. Also, it is my opinion that if you offered the 217 owners a chance to swap out for a 127, I'd say a decent amou...

Don't know why, but I prefer the 127... Maybe for its cleaner look ,as you said. If only " 1950 " was not written on the dial... But a great watch. I miss mine. Best, Nicolas

Thought the 217 would come out as the keeper! I am just not a big fan of the 1950 dial and + the 217 lefty wears better on the left hand, doesn't have the crown guard pokeing into my wrist thanks all for your time and input.
