When I say that I would prefer the PAM360 above the PAM339 ? When The 339 was presented at Basel I loved the watch. A cool piece, nice size (not to big because a Rad wears smaller) Nice to have an inhouse movement. It would be my first Panerai with inhous... 

if you cen only get the 339 (through your connections) and can't afford both, if you were me you'll get the 339 and after a "spin" I'm sure you'll find someone that will trade it for a 360.... Cheers... Sergio

you're NUTS if you get the 360 INSTEAD of 339! An iconic piece like the 360 would compliment your incoming 339 PERFECTLY. PVD/DLC vs. Ceramik, ETA movement vs. in-house 8 days PR, Luminor vs Radiomir, 44mm vs 47mm. Just stop worrying about choosing one ov... 

since you say you don't have the budget to get them both. When the PAM339 comes out, there will be tons of people trying to flip them initially to make a quick buck, but then I think the prices will just go back down to retail. So get a PAM360 first at li... 

You're probably right, when they make something special like AP's forged carbon you can bet on it they will use it for more cases. But on the other hand the 8 Giorni and Marina Militare will alwaysy keep it a bit special. Owning bot is an options but in t... 

If Panerai does make more brown composite models, the dial of the PAM339 will always be unique because of the 8 Giorni and Marina Militare so it will be special compared to other brown composite models. Whenever companies introduce new "technology", it is...

Had the opportunity to try on the 339 recently at the boutique... I think the new watches are on tour for awhile... but I have to say that I found it way to light. Didn't seem to have the weight/feel that it should so thankfully I have resisted it's siren...
