Mon ami, the one on your picture is PAM 300
that cam with the exhibition back! I have a later edition PAM 603 that has a solid case back. I prefer mine for its Titanium case and also for its solid case back - more historically accurate and without that disproportionately small movement display.

Panerai made the 5218-304a MN Slytech...42mm. It looks pretty close to the BIG one...except for few details on the dial ...

The watch pretty much blends in with my overall appearance (I am quite a large organism!), so does not look disproportionate enough to draw questions
