Not much you can learn, but
here's what you have -
the COSC certificates indicate the movement number and you cannot tie any of them to your watch unless you have a movement sticker (look on the box or in the pocket of the libretto).
Obviously the left warranty card is blank so it has no meaning. The one on the right indicates a watch with a case number OP6569 which according to my records does not match a PAM 51 but would match a PAM 115.
A millesimation of 5000 that you mention for your PAM 51 would make it an E series from 2002 with a case number of OP6560 or a C series from the year 2000 with a case number of OP6529.

I'm assuming you bought the watch pre-owned. The dealer probably is/was not familiar with various Panerai documents and/or those are what THEY received when they bought the watch. The warranty cards are useless, and at least one of the COSC's also. That's...
