with new shoes of course. :-) As this is normal behaviour for Pam owners I decided to give it a try and do it myself# I made sure I had all the right tools and took extra precautions but didn't use tape after removing the first screw as I felt confident# ...  

Now you are ready for the Master Classes! :)
