Panerai Luminor Marina Militare 6152-1. One of my vintage grails.
If dreams could turn true, then I would hesitate a lot between the Small Egiziano 6154 and the 6152-1 " Four Lines ".
Here are two I found on the net.
One to be credited to DB Watches:
The other I don't remember ( Auro?)
I could try for some days one like the first I posted, it was an unforgettable experience.

and I would walk away with the 6154 and a silly grin on my face
This small Egiziano is my absolute favorite
Of all time! Love the 4 liner and small seconds near the 9 and crownguard-less luminor.
Interested to study the different hands.
The 1080 seems to have a very similar h hand as in the first watch. They are rather short
