Small by old Panerai standards but a lot of character
Truth be told I had originally discounted the 24/25 as a poser's watch but they have a lot of charm, don't take themselves too seriously and perform reasonably well under water. Throw in the typical proclivity to be a real strap monster and overall it makes for an attractive package.

Minor recall, I was out under one hour which on a weekend is about as good as it gets.todays visit was another realization that new cars keep on getting bigger and more expensive, some of the stickers are downright ridiculous.

Seem to be regularly scanning the classifieds for a car I could turn into an expedition vehicle. But hardly any new car would qualify…
I tend to be drawn to vehicles not inherently suited to the kind of endeavor 😂
But not sure what it will end up being. A Jaguar XJ came with AWD in the last generation and on some AT tires it would look suitably unsuitable 😂

At the time
Luminors and to a lesser extent the subs were on the wrists of all the wrong people around me. Proof if need be that one should stay open to new ideas. Alternatively I may have turned into a poser over the past twenty years

Back then these watches were extremely fashionable among what we'd now term bros. Delightfully, this is no longer the case.
