I can't recall any titanium Marina Militare Panerai that has 4000 pieces for that series year. If 4000 pieces made, it definitely has to be a regular production model. Maybe you are just referring to a 44mm Titanium Luminor Marina such as a PAM177? pic fr...
Well from your description it sounds like a PAM36 but the numbers
don't match that model and the year of that model was 1998 - you can still find most of the past models on Panerai's website cheers Rupert
