Maybe Asi or Nicolas can help here but in the meantime, this is a difficult question of sorts as I always regarded the original Rolex cushion cased and Rolex powered movement as the original PAM, something like the 6152. I would consider history ahead the rest. The problem is, the dial designs are very similar.
The Radiomir came first, so IMHO, this line should considered original and representative of Panerai. The 1950s case came about because of the contract to supply the Egyptian navy, if I remember correctly.
The watches u mentioned above are predominantly limited in production (5980) or limited editions (Barrichello) and thus made rare by supply issues, compounded by great demand. Another issue is, there are usually more than one representative watch from a brand, especially Panerai as I mentioned earlier, the dial designs are very similar.
