If I read the right source, is a modified 3646 Radiomir, fitted with angelus movement and added lugs for easier strap change..
If you're asking which Panerai model has this inner gold ring, they are the Titanium Radiomir with Minerva movement, PAM309, 322 and the very limited 349. Also the Panerai Tourbillon models..

The inner-gold ring is very subtle but it shows that the watch has something really very special! And I love the way they make the hands longer than the hands on the 232.. A really beautiful watch indeed! Have a great rest-of-the-weekend my friend! Sam
