This discussion about the size is really interesting.
You know that I have a 721 and as well some other watches. I am wearing my 721 as my business watch as it’s thinner that the others. The 721 never appears to me as a big or bigger or too big watch. So this discussion is really surprising me. It wears as well smaller than my 662. The 721 simple has a wider dial. I am afraid that love makes me blind

Yes, my friend, of course you are right about the natural Panerai abundance. I could see both the 372 and the 721 side by side and I had the illusion the 721 was a tad bigger.
Maybe because of the thinner bezel which makes the dial look bigger?

I think it has to do with the domed plexiglass....
that has a magnifying effect, much like the 294 or the 379 vs 232....on top of the "thinner" bezel...
