Dear Anu,
One thing I have noticed with this forum is that one cannot make everyone happy all of the time and there will always be someone who looks at things from an angle we may have missed or that we are unable to comprehend with. I know it is easier said that done but sometimes it is best just to ignore any adverse comments since this forum is really just a place to share our passion for watches and remains a relatively insignificant part of our everyday lives.
There are so many different ways of sharing our love for watches and I do not believe there is any incorrect way as long as our intentions were simply that of sharing our passion.
You take care and I am sure I speak for many here when I say we look forward to your next post.

nothing is discussed more often than questions of taste :-)! Tastes are not altogether arbitrary in general, at least most gourmets would consider those restaurants more interesting listed in the Guide Michelin or prefer wines with a lot of Parker points....

I assume your friend or partner was a Panerai collector, from previous postings. It is not the first brand for ladies to 'go to'; like IWC before. With these two Mens' brands, their ladies' models are few or non-existent. Regards Melvyn
