Great and awesome review, but have to agree with Nico...its more a modern
interpretation of a classic no? Also was it 1940's? Maybe I am mistaken but I thought these came in the 1950's, but my historrical knowledge is poor on Panerai, much much better on Rolex Best Imran

It's more of Panerai's modern re-interpretation of the no crown guard model It's really not bad at all, but I was kind of disappointed as I expected it to at least look slightly different than that Best, Sam

Terra Cotta dial, without seconds, and with a Valfleurier 3 Days movement, it would have sung louder to me... Best, Nicolas
The simpler the better...
It would blow my head off... Although I don't mind "modern re-interpretation" , a smaller second hand and add 9 on the dial ( just like on the fiddy ) - might work better than this Best, Sam
