Very nice memory to have, Nicolas. It is interesting to note that the Panerai kit (box and booklets) has remained basically the same after all these years.

That's why I am much more in favor of these much smaller watch boxes from the past, or a nice leather pouch.

Well, nobody knows which one was the first, between the mysterious PAM 40 ( a LE which was not treated as a LE ) and the PAM 36. Both used titanium ( Grade 2 ) case and tritium dial.
