Curious - 50th Anniversary of Moon Walk
is in 2019. hoping that omega will release a no crown guard/hesalite homage. bums me out that fois speedy is sapphire. does anyone know if a model is in the works- and if so, what are chances released before 2019? thanks. don't want to wait five years for a speedmaster. thanks

There are a few photos on the internet of Buzz wearing his Speedy during the Apollo 11 flight , but unsure how clear they are to enable precise clarification of the version he was issued with .

Buzz was involved with Nasa from the early days and they were issued their watches upon joining Nasa. Ed White and Neil Armstrong had 105.003's so i see no reason to think that Buzz didnt have the same model. it would also fit well with the fact that i ha...
