Hey, I'd be super interested if you can remember which issue that was, Zac!
Speaking of, member Waruilewi (of WUS, Watchtalkworld) actually bought that red chrono Speedy Pro from Charles Tearles who believes that everything is authentic to the watch. There were a few other instances of speedies with this particular red chrono hand (which seemed distinct from other Omega red hands) -- though majority consensus is that it must have been a later addition. As for mine, I'll keep it original as that's how my uncle had it when he passed away in 1971.

any speedy pic is good to look at, but that red hand makes it just that much better
i dont think the red hand is original, but what the heck, it looks damn good. if its original then all the better as i've never seen one before. best Graham .
