......well, Baron is actually a family name, so not really a nickname. On the other hand, please DO promote yourself to CEO. I did so this morning to see if it made me feel more important. To be honest, so far....nahhhhh.

.......its not uncommon in the UK as a surname. I am sort of with you on the CEO thing....but I had to give it a go.
I think I never heard or saw Baron as a surname in France. Only as a nobleman. But you know that French people and nobility have had some troubles in the past which can explain why Baron as a surname is rare 😊
