Finally a black waffle.......
Having been looking at Black waffle dialed watches for a while, I couldn’t believe my luck when one turned up not far from where I live.
I purchased it from the son of the original owner, I asked him a couple of times if he was sure he wanted to sell it, but said it was just sitting in a draw unused.
It last had a service in 2004 but it is running well. A Cal 503 with Serienr. 1626xxxx. Ref 2849.
Some patina on the dial and with a really nice cross hair. Really pleased and I feel very fortunate to have found it.
