Finally all three on one picture: they look very "usual" from the front, but then....
.....turning them around, we see all three transitional case back's that Omega used between 1970 and 1972/73 to move from the hippocampus case back to the medallion case back.
Below from left to right:
- Omega 145.022-69 with "Apollo XI" case back from July 1970
- Omega 145.022-60 with "Straight Writing" case back from September 1971
- Omega 145.022-71 with "No-NASA" case back from October 1971
