My apologies to those this does not interest but I received a request form a fellow Purist for some wrist shots of this watch and I thought it might be easier just to post them here. Those who like this sort of thing can enjoy them and those who dont can...

Do you still have yours? It looks like it might be a good candidate for a Bienne restoration as the bezel and dial look good and they are the key vintage components in this watch IMO. A hand set is an easy fix. Interesting the red second hand in yours, I ... 

mines long gone Zac, as are over 100 other great Omegas, but that was 2007 and ive built the collection back up with some other great pieces including Omegas. not many regrets as we must look forward in life. it is better to have owned and sold than ne... 

I was wondering if that was the same case size as the 1000 depth version? Thanks Bill

if not in dimentions. Being that the SM1000 is a monocoque case, it was much thicker and heavier to achieve its high technical requirements. The SM200 is a sports/recreational watch not the record setting professional watch the SM1000 is but it is a more ... 

It seems that finding an original is rather difficult as most are somehow assembled from parts. Thanks for the interesting info and the I hope to join your 70's omega bad boys. Bill

I have the same mesh on my similarly cased Flightmaster, and have never found it too large. The mesh bracelet gives the watch a bit more heft and does well to balance the weight of the case better on the wrist. Plus, I love how it tucks under the case end...  

Big but not too big. The mesh really balances it out and holds the watch in place. I used to wear my cal. 911 flightmaster on the mesh from time to time as well. Your cal. 911 is stunning by the way. Looks to be in a bit nicer condition than mine. Regards...
