I’m waiting for the new Blancpain fifty fathoms. Rumour from AD of a new titanium version coming soon in 2 months. But even then, I may not be able to afford it. If I can sell off my Grand Seiko, ok, I can take the Nekton. But the Grand Seiko is not as in... 

Maybe they will reveal more. All I heard is: smaller size and high grade titanium.

Very little tantalum on it. It is only on base of bezel, and the centrelinks of the bracelet. Would wish they made the dial with tantalum.=D

It is a common Seamaster. Nothing wrong with that. I seen the peace on the Omega website. Yes, the popularity is some under the radar. I could go for it, it is timeless in many ways. The main reason for me to not run to the Omega boutique about your Seama... 

Looks stunning. I have thought about it from time to time, and also the JLC Geophysic True Seconds Worldtimer. If wishes were fishes, I’d take both.

Advice: Take a look at the Montblancs.

And to be safe and well in these hard times. Maybe Montblanc. They make good pieces. I almost took the bronze heritage piece, if not for lack of seconds hand. But I think of it sometimes.

(Except for Tag Heuer strap I had for my Night Lume…very poor quality rubber. Super stiff and causes abrasion) Here I swam for 30 minutes with this. I reckon it won’t cause abrasions. ...  

I have the same strap, and it wear perfect. All my watches have straps that wear good. The Omega strap is the best in my collection.

Out of the 10 watches I have…this piece sticks to my skin like glue. It refused to leave my wrist. It is a seamaster like no other - fusion, odd, refined and tough at the same time. It is James Bond-esque with a touch of “conflict metal” tantalum.

It is stuck to my wrist now. Cannot seem to take it off.

There is also a more recent version, a chronograph I think, released with the same combination of materials. Now, how about an all tantalum model? That would be tops!

That will be impressive. The chronograph version is quite large, but I really like the mechanism, and the function to use the chronograph pushers underwater. I was just changing straps for this piece a moment ago. It looks much better on the bracelet. ...
