I would be suspicious.

Ref. 14704 is a normal Seamaster with a cal. 591 movement.

So nothing is correct on this watch, dial shold be a Seamaster dial and movement a 591 and not a 552.

If the cal. 552 should be correct for the version for the North American railroad companies the ref. should be ST 165.001. There were also two other versions with cal. 562 (ref. ST166.002) and cal. 550 (ref. ST165.002)
