post there's a photo uploader. main rules i think are no website addresses. you
might want to add a 'signature' to your pics so people cant take them and misuse
them(it does happen, but is very rare).

best bet is to type something then upload pics.
after that you can add text between pics etc. the only thing i find you cant do
is add text at the very beginning if there's a pic there which is why i suggest
typing something first.
