Hello everyone- I’m sure we may know many of you already but I’d like to introduce myself and make an announcement. I’m Jan Nesbit and my husband Tom and I own Nesbit’s Fine Watch Service in Seattle. We have been an authorized service center for Omega for about 17 years.
After January 1st 2011, Omega will no longer be contracting with independent service centers such as Nesbit’s. It is a business decision that was made in Switzerland and we harbor no ill feelings. We have provided excellent service as an extension of Swatch Group US and always been in excellent standing.
The reason I write is to let you know that we will still continue to provide the highest quality repair of your Omega watches and the excellent customer service and warranty you have come to expect from us. We will continue to have access to genuine material from Omega and will abide by the high standards of service we owe our customers.
Unfortunately any factory warranty work will need to be done at Swatch Group. Of course we will continue to honor our warranty on work done here.
