My first year DDR has a simple " Omega" signed dial ( 1905) . Just about all the other "Omega" Railroad grade watches that I have found in Canada all were signed Louis Brandit on the dial and movement.
On a side note... I have met Mr. Peter Kushnir (Master Watchmaker for the Canadian Railroad ). One of his additional claims to fame was that he wrote the spec and requested Zenith to make a modern pocket watch in the mid 1950s. Zenith created the Zenith EXTRA RR 56 ....




Once I get a little time I will get photos together of all the OMEGA Canadian railroads...
