PLEASE! I NEVER thought you meant malice!..like I said,I really appreciate your opinion..in fact,I'm beginning to think you're correct..considering that the watch is totally original (except for the bracelet and the ever-missing-crown), I'll ask my jeweler if it's possible to be able to interchange a leather band with an Omega clasp so I'd have a choice to wear either/or depending on the occassion..I sincerely apologize if you misunderstood what I meant..I have deep respect for the members of this forum most of whom undoubtably have more Omega knowledge than I do..

Your watch is fantastic, an elegant classic. I have to agree with Graham and Dan. The bracelet competes with the watch, whereas a croc or gator strap will contrast and frame. Again a beautiful watch!!
