Well I also got the information I wanted...

Dear Jimmy, The LB collection started with the number 1. The watches were then numbered consecutively first 1-999 and then A1-999 and later B1-999. The numbering followed without regard to the reference of the watch i.e. the number 2 and 3 are not the same reference. So your watch is the 431st “Louis Brandt” watch made and not the 431st example of its type. Hopefully this clears things up for you. 193 were produced. Your watch should be numbered. It is based on the ultra-flat calibre 712. I have a watch from the same 1984 collection, with a similar focus on decoration. It is number 187 of 322. This is the engraved calibre 626, based on calibre 620....  

very nice piece and i think they were the ONLY perps Omega produced

from memory there is no perpetual in production and hasnt been since perhaps the days of the pocket watch. can anyone correct me if i'm wrong. best Graham

Hello and thank you for your answers. I wrote to the omega Museum for details of my watch and they were very helpful indeed. My request was answered within 24 hrs, with added pictures. Indeed only 193 watches were made, numbered and limited. What I found ...
