i also suspected the watch could be made for military use. i remember caseback of this kind was used for military watches made by Omega, especially those Cal.30T2 SC because of with additional space of inside caseback that was designing for center second wheel.

Hi Your manual wind time only is classic. If you compare the movement plates to that of a 321 you will see that they are indeed related !! What is the case diameter in mm of yours ? From the pics it looks to be about 32 -33 mm ? I am guessing the movement...
