There were two Centenary references, 2499 and 2500 . . .
. . . which differed both in case size - 33 vs 35 mm - and movement - 28.10 JUB vs 30.10 JUB. Yours is the latter, I believe.
These auto chronometers were so successful commercially that Omega continued producing the ref 2500 with cal 333 movements in the years immediately after the initial production run was completed. If memory serves correct, there were two thousand ref 2499s produced during the Centenary year but none afterwards, so there are likely more 2500s than 2499s in total. Both references were issued with signed crowns, unlike their manual wind chronometer counterparts, and came from the factory with gold springbars.
Finding one in original condition is a touchstone . . .

. . . for most any vintage Omega collection. My 2499 has been resting in the safe deposit box for too long . . . time to take it out for a spin!
